Return eligibility
The voluntary return guarantee applies when the request is made within 14 days and the product is unused, complete and undamaged. Please keep the original packaging, accessories, manuals and supplied components so the item can be transported safely and inspected.

Before sending anything
Contact customer support with your order number, product name and reason for return. The team will confirm the return address and provide the current instructions. Do not send a parcel to an unconfirmed address.

Secure return shipment
Pack the product carefully to prevent transport damage and retain proof of shipment. The applicable return method and any return-shipping costs will be communicated before dispatch because they can depend on the product and collection location.

Inspection and refund
Returned products are inspected after receipt. Once eligibility is confirmed, the refund is processed to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply.

Installed or used products
A product that has been connected, installed, operated, filled with water, altered or damaged is not unused and therefore does not qualify for the voluntary 14-day guarantee. This is particularly relevant to under-sink systems. Your mandatory statutory rights, including rights relating to defective goods, remain unaffected.
