How the rate is calculated
The German free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise value after discounts and before shipping charges. Outside Germany, the fixed European rate applies independently of order value.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are prepared after successful payment confirmation. The available destination and current delivery estimate are displayed during checkout or communicated in the order confirmation. Delivery times may vary by destination, product availability and carrier workload.

Tracking and receiving
Where tracking is available, shipment details are sent to the email address used for the order. Please check the parcel for visible transport damage when it arrives and keep the packaging until the product has been inspected.

International destinations
Delivery availability is confirmed from the shipping address entered at checkout. For European destinations outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes or handling charges may apply and are not included in the shipping rate unless explicitly stated.
